To let you keep track of your progress, there is an LCD display that can be adjusted to your preferred viewing angle. The rower allows for accurate heart rate readings thanks to a wireless pulse receiver and an included chest belt. With an integrated tablet/smartphone holder, the R-21 helps you keep all your entertainment must-haves easily accessible, and it boasts distinctive Ultra Series red LED lighting that powers up when you create energy.
