The ProForm Studio Bike Pro 22 indoor cycle ensures a smooth ride with its 13kg (29lbs) flywheel and offers 24 digital levels of resistance providing challenge and variety. Experience cycle training on a 22″ full colour touchscreen display that swivels for added convenience and get access to on-demand studio classes and global trainer-led workouts with iFIT® (1-year Family membership included). To help you target upper body muscles, the Pro 22 includes a pair of dumbbells weighing 1.4kg (3lbs) each. You can measure your heart rate with a Bluetooth® Smart wireless receiver (chest belt optional) and get an ergonomically sound riding position using the adjustable handlebar and a padded seat with horizontal and vertical adjustment.
