York 80 Regular Beefy Bar

The York 80 regular Beefy bar is designed to help you take your weight training to another level and ensures a firm grip for stronger deadlifts and chest presses. For a secure hold and an increased forearm strength, this 80” (203cm) long chrome-plated bar is 2.5mm thicker and has heavy-duty bar ends that accommodate 1” (2.5cm) standard weight plates. The bar is knurled and textured for correct hand positioning and fits home Olympic benches and racks thanks to wider welded inner sleeves. It guarantees comfortable and effective squat and lifting workouts and can be used up to a maximum weight of 150kg (330.7lbs).
