York Power Cage

The York power cage is recommended for light commercial or home use. The cage provides the same functionality as a regular lifting cage, but has been down sized. It features 23 position adjustable bar holders in 5cm (2”) increments, double bar holders on the front uprights that enable the second user to train in front of the cage while the inside is being used, multiple adjustments in bar holders and safety bars, a front mounted chin-up bar. With the capability of adding options, the cage becomes an all-in-one workout centre.
